Hace ya un a\u00f1o que se aprob\u00f3 la nueva ley de FP aunque todav\u00eda no ha empezado a aplicarse. Falta el real decreto de ordenaci\u00f3n del sistema que se est\u00e1 ahora debatiendo. Pero m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las mejoras en el sistema que traer\u00e1 la nueva normativa, desde hace tiempo se constata un cambio importante en este tipo de formaci\u00f3n. Pocos a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s se ofertaban 800.000 plazas cuando ahora se supera el mill\u00f3n. \u00abEl incremento de las matriculaciones va aparejado al aumento de la contrataci\u00f3n. Los \u00faltimos datos nos dicen que, frente al 1,3 millones de universitarios contratados lo fueron 2 millones de candidatos con formaci\u00f3n FP. Es decir, la FP genera m\u00e1s empleabilidad\u00bb, resalta Juan Carlos Tejeda, director de Educaci\u00f3n y Formaci\u00f3n de CEOE. Adem\u00e1s, distintos organismos afirman que entre 2025 y 2030 en Espa\u00f1a casi el 50% de las cualificaciones que pidan las empresas encaja con la formaci\u00f3n FP. Para Tejeda el gran reto en nuestro pa\u00eds pasa por acercar la FP a la poblaci\u00f3n sin cualificaci\u00f3n, \u00abgenerarles itinerarios para que vayan a FP b\u00e1sica y luego a FP media y entren en el mercado laboral con certificaciones\u00bb.<\/p>\n
