La secretaria general de Formaci\u00f3n Profesional, Clara Sanz<\/strong>, ha anunciado hoy en Huesca el dise\u00f1o de un nuevo curso de especializaci\u00f3n vinculado a la alta cocina. \u201cAnte la petici\u00f3n que nos ha trasladado el sector, desde el Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n vamos a poner en marcha un nuevo m\u00e1ster de Formaci\u00f3n Profesional para la especializaci\u00f3n de profesionales en el \u00e1mbito de la alta gastronom\u00eda\u201d, ha a\u00f1adido.<\/p>\n Sanz ha hecho este anuncio en el marco de su visita a la capital oscense, en la que ha mantenido una reuni\u00f3n de trabajo con el alcalde, Luis Felipe Serrate. Ambos han explorado las posibles v\u00edas de colaboraci\u00f3n para impulsar la FP Dual<\/strong> en la zona.
